MIDTOWN oil 5 X 7

I just discovered a very talented artist, Karin Jurick's challenge "Different Strokes From Different Folks." This painting is based on her photo taken at 39th Street and Madison Avenue in New York City. The challenge encourages artists to paint or draw their own interpretations. I enjoyed participating and plan to do it again. Thanks Karin for creating and hosting a great idea.

This is a really nice interpretation of the DSFDF challenge. Very colorful like the city and the crop makes me feel like I am in the middle of it...well done!

Wonderful painting, I like the perspective you took. The color pattern on the cars and the way you filled the painting with interesting shapes.
